A lot of renovation stress doesn't come from the work itself — it comes from not knowing what's supposed to happen next. So here's exactly what our process looks like, from the first phone call to your final walkthrough.
Week 1: Site visit and requirement discussion. We visit in person wherever possible — photos alone rarely capture things like natural light direction or existing wiring constraints that shape what's actually possible.
Week 1–2: Design proposal. You'll get layout options, a material palette and a written estimate broken down by category, not a single lump-sum number that's hard to question.
Week 2–3: Revisions. Almost every client wants at least one change at this stage — that's expected, not a problem, and doesn't affect the quoted price unless the scope itself changes.
Execution phase (timeline varies by scope): One team, one point of contact, with regular progress updates rather than radio silence until the big reveal. You're welcome to visit the site at any point.
Final walkthrough: We go through a full snag list together before handover — anything that isn't right gets fixed before we consider the project complete, not after.
That's the whole process. No hidden stages, no surprise costs. Start yours with a free estimate.
